Single Events and Event Series
With the Unypan app, you can create single events or event series. Members have the flexibility to join or leave event series. The repetition of event series can be set to daily, weekly, or yearly.
Respond to Events
Participants can respond to an event with "Accept", "Tentative", or "Decline". Group leaders also have the option to select "Accept and execute". If a member declines, they can optionally provide a reason, which is only visible to group leaders.
Calendar Export
Export events and event series to your device's calendar.
Location on Map
Is your event location in a forest or field path? Simply choose the location directly on the map.
Registration Deadline
Define the registration period for participants according to your preferences.
Automatic Replies
With automatic replies enabled, members are marked as "Accepted" by default. They only need to respond if they want to decline or change their attendance status.
Group Chat
Each event gets its own group chat with the invited members.
